Clinic Receptionist

Responsibilities:

-Greeting and checking in patients as they arrive to the clinic

-Verifying patient information and updating patient records

-Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member

-Scheduling appointments and managing appointment calendars

-Providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for every patient

-Maintaining a neat and organized reception area

-Processing payments and other forms of insurance

-Assisting with other administrative duties as needed
