Clinic Receptionist

As a Clinic Receptionist at CHI St. Alexius Health, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and organized candidate that is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to handle money accurately. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
3. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized patient database.
4. Provide accurate information to patients regarding their accounts and billing.
5. Collect payments and handle money accurately.
6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
7. Update patient records and files as needed.
8. Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
9. Perform various administrative duties as needed.
10. Keep up-to-date with clinic policies and procedures.
