Behavioral Health Therapist

The successful candidate will evaluate clients, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to providing quality care.The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, with two years of experience in a mental health setting. A valid license in the state of North Dakota is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate clients and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
2. Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
4. Establish a supportive relationship with patients and their families.
5. Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
7. Provide crisis intervention and referral services as needed.
8. Attend and participate in team meetings.

10. Maintain current license in the state of North Dakota.
