Closing Specialist

The Closing Specialist is responsible for working directly with our internal and external partners and teams (brokers, loan officers, title companies, RLSs, LSs, etc.) to ensure an excellent customer experience while making sure closing timeframes met. Manage all standalone files to ensure they get their closing set up on time and TCF closing package out on time. Proactively communicating closing statuses. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
