Supply Chain Specialist
Manage all coordination of product shortages and substitute item requests from our distribution partners. Trouble-shoot supply and service issues for all concepts and partnering Distributors, other internal and, external partners. Support distributor process and communication with product transitions and new menu rollouts (NMRO) as needed, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of all new and transitioning items. Manage and maintain distributor reporting and cost savings. Manage Cheesecake Factory bakery support. Assist with distributor data management – sales and inventory as needed.
3+ years of experience working in restaurant business management, food distribution, supply chain, inventory management, or similar role.
Prior years of restaurant experience.
College degree in business, supply chain, hospitality, or a related field.
