The successful candidate will be expected to lead, manage, and develop the kitchen staff while ensuring that all operations are running smoothly.The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen operations are running efficiently, meeting food safety and quality standards, and developing a productive and collaborative kitchen team. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In addition to managing the kitchen staff, this individual must also have the ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in a kitchen management or supervisory role in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality-based environment. Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
