We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Host to join our team at Cheesecake Factory! Our Hosts are the first point of contact for our guests and are responsible for ensuring that all of our customers have a great dining experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly and reliable, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.This position requires a minimum of one year of hosting experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. They should have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and be comfortable working in a team setting. We are looking for someone who is able to stay calm under pressure and deliver a positive customer experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be passionate about the hospitality industry and have a desire to provide excellent customer service.
