- Conduct thorough and detailed credit risk analysis for wholesale clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to identify potential credit risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate credit portfolios to ensure compliance with risk management standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather and analyze relevant data to inform risk assessments and decisions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to continuously improve risk management processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, auditors, and regulators.
- Utilize various financial and credit analysis tools, such as financial statements, credit reports, and risk rating models.
- Identify and report on potential credit losses and work with teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in credit committee meetings and provide insights and recommendations based on risk analysis.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of credit risk policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior analysts to ensure consistent and accurate risk assessments across the team.
- Proactively identify and address potential credit risk issues and escalate them to appropriate parties.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the performance of duties.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Analysis, Preferably In A Wholesale Banking Setting.
Knowledge Of Credit Risk Management Principles, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Management.
