- Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
- Analyze and evaluate clients' financial profiles to identify opportunities for wealth management solutions.
- Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to clients based on their risk tolerance, investment objectives, and market trends.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Chinese market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain Chinese clients.
- Work closely with the bank's investment, trust, and lending teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients.
- Monitor and assess clients' investment portfolios, making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new Chinese clients and increase their engagement with the bank.
- Stay compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies while conducting business with Chinese clients.
- Serve as a mentor and leader to less experienced team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
- Continuously track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of wealth management strategies for Chinese clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the bank's overall understanding and capabilities in the Chinese market.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management, Preferably In The China Market.
Strong Understanding Of Chinese Culture, Customs, And Business Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing High Net Worth Clients And Growing Assets Under Management.
Fluent In Mandarin And English, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
