We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President Training Program Manager to join our team and oversee our A&A Learning Programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of training professionals while working closely with key stakeholders to design and implement innovative learning programs for our employees.   1. Develop and oversee training programs for employees in the A&A department.
  2. Lead a team of training professionals to effectively deliver training to employees.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and design innovative learning programs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Monitor employee progress and provide ongoing support and coaching.
  7. Manage the budget for training programs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  8. Develop training materials and resources that are engaging, informative, and aligned with organizational goals.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance training opportunities.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to training and development.
  11. Motivate and inspire employees to actively participate in training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on training initiatives and progress.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the training program to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  14. Set clear expectations and goals for the training team and provide regular performance feedback.
  15. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to stay informed and connected within the banking industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Human Resources

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Financial Industry

  • Proven Experience Managing Global Learning Programs And Initiatives, With A Strong Understanding Of Regional And Cultural Differences

  • Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Manage A High-Performing Team

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Banking And Asset And Wealth Management, With The Ability To Design And Deliver Effective Training Programs For These Areas.
