Job Description

Chase Bank is looking for an experienced and highly motivated User Experience Research Lead to join our team. As the UX Research Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of UX researchers while also developing and executing research strategies, plans, and programs. You will be responsible for uncovering insights that will inform product strategy and design, as well as driving team collaboration with other departments.To excel in this role, you must have a passion for uncovering user needs, a knack for discovering patterns, and an understanding of how research can drive product design and innovation.
