  1. Develop and lead the overall strategy for employee experience design at Chase Bank.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals in order to build effective and intuitive employee experiences.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance and support to help them deliver high-quality work.
  4. Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve employee experiences.
  5. Create and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all employee experiences.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply them to enhance the employee experience at Chase Bank.
  7. Partner with stakeholders at all levels to align on design solutions and drive buy-in for proposed changes.
  8. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure that designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
  9. Lead user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve employee experiences.
  10. Monitor and analyze data to measure the success and impact of employee experiences, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Clearly communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, and advocate for user-centric design throughout the organization.
  12. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that design work is completed on time and within budget.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the UX design team.
  14. Act as a thought leader for employee experience design, both within the organization and in the industry.
  15. Represent Chase Bank at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative and user-centric employee experiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 8 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With A Focus On Employee Experiences.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team Of Ux Designers.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With User Research, Design Thinking, And User-Centered Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Advocate For User-Centered Design Principles To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
