Job Description

Are you a passionate User Experience Design Lead looking to join a team of innovative, driven professionals? Chase Bank is currently looking for an experienced UX Design Lead who will help us create the best digital experience for our customers.This role requires a strategic, creative individual who is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for leading the design of our products, from concept to launch. You’ll also be instrumental in driving customer-centric product design and strategy in order to deliver a delightful and intuitive user experience.If you have a strong understanding of user experience fundamentals, design principles, and a proven track record of successful product launches, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in UX design and product management, with a focus on digital products• Proven ability to craft delightful user experiences and design intuitive user interfaces• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or a related field
