  1. Develop and implement product intake and delivery processes to support the successful execution of transformation initiatives.
  2. Identify new product and service opportunities that align with the overall business strategy and address customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and potential impact of new products and services.
  4. Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and inform product development decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technology teams.
  6. Manage the end-to-end product delivery process, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
  7. Monitor and track product performance and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  8. Ensure all products and services meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  9. Lead and facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate progress, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders.
  10. Stay current on industry best practices and utilize them to continuously improve product delivery processes.

  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support product delivery and implementation.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
