  1. Conduct thorough and detailed testing of new and existing payment technologies to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop test plans.
  3. Identify and report any issues or bugs in the payment systems and work with the development team to resolve them.
  4. Stay updated on emerging payment technologies and trends in the industry.
  5. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and reports.
  6. Communicate test results and progress to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Provide support and troubleshooting for payment systems to internal and external users.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the payment testing process and procedures.
  9. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of banking and financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  11. Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and customer service while interacting with colleagues and clients.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on payment technologies and provide guidance to team members when needed.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  16. Proactively identify and suggest improvements for the payment systems and processes.
  17. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payment systems.
  18. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In The Payments Industry.

  • Proficiency In Testing Tools And Methodologies, Such As Selenium, Jira, And Agile.

  • Strong Understanding Of Payment Systems, Including Ach, Wire Transfers, And Credit Card Processing.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Identify Issues In Complex Systems.
