  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of Enterprise Software Asset Management for Chase Bank.
  2. Optimize software assets through effective management, maintenance, and utilization.
  3. Provide exceptional support to a large enterprise, ensuring all technology needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve software asset management processes and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any software asset-related issues.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve software asset management practices.
  7. Create and maintain documentation of software assets, licenses, and agreements.
  8. Train and mentor team members on software asset management best practices.

  10. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Software Asset Management, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Licensing Agreements And Compliance Requirements.

  • Experience With Enterprise Software Asset Management Tools, Such As Flexera Or Servicenow.

  • Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Technology Support Professionals.
