1. Oversee and lead the execution of substantive testing within the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) at Chase Bank.
2. Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of technology systems through thorough and meticulous testing procedures.
3. Develop and maintain testing strategies and methodologies to uphold high standards of quality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
5. Design and implement test plans and scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
6. Utilize automated testing tools and techniques to streamline testing processes.
7. Monitor and track testing progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
8. Analyze and interpret test results, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
