- Develop and execute a comprehensive state government relations strategy for Chase Bank.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with state government officials and agencies.
- Monitor and analyze state legislative and regulatory developments that may impact Chase Bank's operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for state government officials and act as a liaison between Chase Bank and state government agencies.
- Advocate for the needs and interests of Chase Bank to state government officials.
- Represent Chase Bank at state government meetings, hearings, and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between state government relations efforts and overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a network of key stakeholders and influencers within the state government.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on state government relations activities and progress.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in state government relations.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities related to state government relations and develop appropriate strategies to address them.
- Educate and train internal teams on relevant state government relations issues.
- Manage the state government relations budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Chase Bank and maintain a positive reputation with state government officials and stakeholders.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance state government relations efforts for Chase Bank.
Bachelor's Degree In Political Science, Public Policy, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In State Government Relations, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of State Legislative And Regulatory Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advocate For The Bank's Interests.
Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With State Legislators, Regulators, And Other Government Officials.
