At Chase Bank, we are looking for a Sr. Associate - Quant Analytics to join our team of world-class professionals. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical individual who is passionate about analytics and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong quantitative background, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.The Sr. Associate - Quant Analytics will be a key member of the team, responsible for providing quantitative insight and analysis to help drive decisions. This individual will be responsible for leveraging data to develop predictive models and conducting statistical analysis to identify opportunities. We are seeking someone who has a strong knowledge of quantitative methods and techniques and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science or economics* 5+ years of experience in a quantitative analytics role* Proficiency with statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to think critically and identify trends and patterns in data
