- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations to enhance the banking experience for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technology solutions for the business.
- Design and code efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to continuously improve and optimize existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
- Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates for development efforts.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the technology team.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster their technical growth and development.
- Adhere to all security and compliance standards while developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party systems and applications with ServiceNow.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of ServiceNow applications and make necessary improvements to enhance their performance and stability.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and troubleshoot any critical issues that may arise outside of regular business hours.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Servicenow Solutions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Web Development Languages.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Processes And Best Practices.
Experience With Agile Software Development Methodologies And Tools.
