  1. Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations to enhance the banking experience for customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technology solutions for the business.
  3. Design and code efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to continuously improve and optimize existing systems.
  6. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
  7. Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates for development efforts.
  8. Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the technology team.
  9. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  10. Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster their technical growth and development.
  12. Adhere to all security and compliance standards while developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party systems and applications with ServiceNow.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of ServiceNow applications and make necessary improvements to enhance their performance and stability.
  15. Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and troubleshoot any critical issues that may arise outside of regular business hours.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Servicenow Solutions.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Web Development Languages.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Processes And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Agile Software Development Methodologies And Tools.
