  1. Manage and maintain clients' accounts in accordance with banking regulations and company policies.
  2. Ensure accuracy of all account information and transactions.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Monitor and identify potential fraudulent activity, taking necessary steps to protect clients' accounts.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and risk management, to ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies.
  6. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they understand and follow proper account management procedures.
  7. Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to team members.
  9. Handle and resolve any escalated client issues or complaints.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all account activity and client interactions.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions for improving customer service and account management processes.
  12. Collaborate with other senior team members to create and implement strategies for driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  13. Continuously evaluate and enhance account management procedures to meet the evolving needs of clients and the organization.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Financial Institution, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Certification (Such As Cfa Or Cpa) Preferred.

  • Thorough Understanding Of Banking And Financial Regulations, Risk Management, And Compliance.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions Based On Data And Market Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Build Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
