We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to join our team and lead our efforts in providing exceptional financial solutions to our middle market clients.   1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain strong relationships with middle market clients.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and analyze potential business opportunities and develop customized financial solutions for clients.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their financial goals and provide recommendations.
  5. Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
  6. Oversee the implementation of financial solutions and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  7. Monitor and manage client relationships, including risk assessment and mitigation.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform and guide client interactions.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers to achieve division goals and objectives.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
  12. Prepare and present reports to senior management on division performance and client relationships.
  13. Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships.
  14. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and contribute to the overall success of the Middle Market Banking division.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Middle Market Banking Or Corporate Banking, With A Focus On Relationship Management And Business Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Lending, Cash Management, And Capital Markets.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Managing A Portfolio Of High-Value Clients, With A Strong Retention Rate And Ability To Generate New Business.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Advanced Degree Preferred.
