This individual will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and identifying sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a minimum of two years of banking experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of banking and financial services. A college degree and/or professional certifications in banking or finance is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
