Relationship Banker

At Chase Bank, we’re looking for a Relationship Banker who will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and passionate about delivering superior customer service.The Relationship Banker must be able to recognize customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. You must be able to identify and refer opportunities to the appropriate department or contact and work with customers to find solutions. This position will require the successful candidate to build trust and loyalty with existing customers while also developing new relationships.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in retail banking or a related field.
