  1. Ensure Compliance with Regulations: The Senior Associate in Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for staying up-to-date with all relevant banking regulations and ensuring that the bank is in compliance with them.
  2. Accurately Report Financial Information: This role is responsible for accurately reporting financial information to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders. This includes collecting, analyzing, and organizing data to prepare reports.
  3. Monitor Changes in Regulations: The Senior Associate will be responsible for closely monitoring any changes or updates in banking regulations and implementing necessary changes in reporting processes.
  4. Analyze Financial Data: This individual will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify any discrepancies or potential issues in compliance with regulations.
  5. Communicate with Internal Stakeholders: The Senior Associate will need to effectively communicate with various stakeholders within the bank, including other departments and senior management, to ensure all reporting processes are efficient and accurate.
  6. Collaborate with Regulatory Agencies: This role will be the main point of contact for regulatory agencies, and will need to collaborate and provide information as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Reporting, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Reporting Guidelines, Including Knowledge Of Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Reporting Issues.

  • Proficient In Financial Systems And Reporting Tools, Such As Sap, Hyperion, And Tableau.
