- Lead and oversee all quantitative research efforts for Chase Bank, including designing and executing research studies, analyzing data, and delivering insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to leverage data and drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business objectives and develop research plans to support them.
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from data and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantitative research and data analysis.
- Manage and mentor a team of quantitative analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all research data and adhere to ethical standards in data collection and analysis.
- Present research findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and analyze data for research projects.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research methodologies and make recommendations for improvement.
Advanced Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Experience In Quantitative Research, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Quantitative Research Strategies.
