Job Description

This role is a great opportunity to contribute to the building and maintenance of production data product whose output is seen by millions of people on Chase Digital experiences. Employ data analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of the product (KPIs). Identify issues, investigate root causes, and resolve issues with a sense of urgency. Be vigilant in following CCB’s data use, privacy, legal, and compliance guidelines as well as be a contributor to the firm’s enhancement of data governance, use, and management principles and tools. Analyze data efficiently, present results and insights in a structured manner, and address business questions using data-driven approaches.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience conducting data analysis with SQL or other database tools and languages

  • Technical understanding of common RDBMS systems (e.g. Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server)

  • Must be a team player who find value in effective and efficient communication across functional teams and business partners.

  • Team management and leadership experience preferred.
