
Payment Lifecycle Manager II

- Oversee the entire payment lifecycle process, including initial authorization and final settlement, in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient payment processing procedures and workflows to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Monitor payment trends and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and customer service, to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the payment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Analyze payment data and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on payment processing procedures and systems to ensure consistent and accurate execution.
- Investigate and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints related to payments, providing exceptional service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously review and streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risk.
- Act as a subject matter expert on payment systems, staying informed of industry developments and providing recommendations for new technologies or processes that could benefit the company.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as banks and payment processors, to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth payment operations.
- Lead or participate in special projects or initiatives related to payment processing as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payment Processing Or Related Financial Operations.
Strong Knowledge Of Payment Systems And Regulations, Including Ach, Wire Transfers, And Credit Card Processing.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team, With Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Make Strategic Recommendations For Process Improvement.
