Customer Service Skills: As An Associate Banker, You Will Be Dealing With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential. This Includes Communication, Problem-Solving, And The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism.
Cash Handling Experience: Since This Is A Banking Position, Prior Experience With Cash Handling Is Preferred. This Includes Counting And Verifying Cash, Processing Transactions, And Balancing Cash Drawers.
Basic Understanding Of Banking Products And Services: While Training Will Be Provided, Having A Basic Understanding Of Banking Products And Services Is Beneficial. This Includes Knowledge Of Checking And Savings Accounts, Loans, And Credit Cards.
Availability For Flexible Working Hours: This Position Is For 30 Hours Per Week, So Flexibility In Working Hours Is Required. This May Include Working Evenings And Weekends, As Well As Being Able To Adjust To Changing Schedules.
