Overdraft Collections Executive Director

Chase Bank is looking for a highly driven, experienced Overdraft Collections Executive Director to join our Collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution and staff of the Overdraft Collections function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collections and financial services, as well as a deep understanding of overdrafts and associated regulations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
