Overdraft Collections Business Analysis Associate

The Overdraft Collections Business Analysis and Reporting team includes roles related to change management, data gathering, data mining and analysis. Individuals work directly with data and information, creating meaningful analyses, reports and management presentations in support of client, business unit or function activities and performance. Types of analysis and reporting may include detective controls, quality review, workflow analysis, process improvement, regular business reporting, and/or a variety of other function specific purposes. SAS, Unix, and SQL experience is used heavily in this role. Manage change readiness activities. Automation of processes. Serve as a high-level point of contact for business partners. Assist cross-functional teams with report delivery. Participate in/support complex business analysis and planning for multiple functions or LOBs. May have direct, regular and influencing contact with Senior Management.
