
Military Pathways - Business Relationship Manager I - Officer

We are currently seeking a Business Relationship Manager I - Officer to join our team and help build and maintain relationships with our military clients. - Develop and maintain relationships with military clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Utilize leadership skills to effectively manage and grow client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new business opportunities within the military community.
- Act as a liaison between the bank and military organizations, keeping abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and superiors through various channels such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products and services offered by the bank to effectively advise clients.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and provide proactive solutions.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge of the banking industry and military community.
- Represent the bank in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 4 Years Of Active Duty Military Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Branch Of Service Related To Business Or Finance.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Military Members And Their Families.
Experience In Financial Services, Business Development, Or Relationship Management Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Military Culture, Benefits, And Financial Challenges Faced By Military Members And Their Families.
