We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Markets Pricing Direct Product Development Associate at Chase Bank. In this role, you will work closely with our markets pricing team to develop and enhance pricing strategies for a wide range of products and services.   1. Collaborate with the markets pricing team to develop and enhance pricing strategies for various products and services offered by Chase Bank.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify potential pricing opportunities.
  3. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data, trends, and performance metrics to inform pricing decisions.
  4. Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the markets division.
  5. Monitor and track the performance of pricing strategies, making necessary adjustments as needed to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to gather insights and collaborate on pricing initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions that may impact pricing strategies.
  8. Communicate pricing decisions and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Support the development of new products and services by providing pricing expertise and guidance.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in pricing strategies and procedures.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to pricing.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on pricing strategies and provide training and guidance to other team members as needed.
  13. Represent Chase Bank at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's products and services and identifying potential partnerships and opportunities.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
