  1. Process loan payments: The Loan Servicing Associate will be responsible for accurately and promptly processing loan payments from customers.
  2. Manage loan portfolios: This role will involve managing and maintaining loan portfolios, including monitoring loan accounts, updating records, and reconciling discrepancies.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service: The Loan Servicing Associate will be the main point of contact for customers with questions or concerns about their loans, and will be expected to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loan Products, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Loan Servicing Software Systems.
