- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to gather necessary information and provide updates on loan servicing status.
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential risks or issues, proactively communicating with clients and providing recommendations for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records in the company database, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible for future reference.
- Evaluate loan servicing processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns related to their loan servicing.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices in loan servicing.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Loan Servicing Or A Related Field, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Institution.
Knowledge Of Loan Servicing Software And Systems, Such As Fiserv Or Black Knight.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Loan Data And Make Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
