  1. Develop a strong understanding of the company's life insurance and annuity products and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates.

  • Knowledge Of Life Insurance And Annuity Products: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Life Insurance And Annuity Products, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Regulations.

  • Sales Experience: As A Life Insurance And Annuity Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Sales And Meeting Sales Targets. Therefore, Having Prior Sales Experience, Preferably In The Insurance Industry, Is A Valuable Qualification For This Role.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Position. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Clients, Colleagues, And Superiors To Build Relationships And Promote Products.
