In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings between our lenders and clients, ensuring that all parties are well-prepared and informed. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring that their needs are met.   1. Coordinate and schedule meetings between lenders and clients, ensuring all parties are available and well-prepared.
  2. Facilitate communication and information flow between lenders and clients, ensuring all relevant information is shared and understood.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met during meetings and throughout the lending process.
  4. Prepare meeting materials and agendas, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
  5. Manage and update meeting schedules and calendars, ensuring all meetings are properly documented and tracked.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient meeting process.
  7. Monitor and track meeting outcomes and follow-up actions, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Assist in preparing and maintaining client files, ensuring all necessary documents and information are included and organized.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during meetings.
  11. Continuously improve and streamline meeting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide knowledgeable support to lenders and clients.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all clients.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the overall success of the team and company.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry, Particularly In Loan Origination Or Mortgage Lending.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loan Processing Procedures, Including Underwriting Guidelines And Compliance Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Using Loan Origination Software And Other Relevant Tools, With The Ability To Quickly Adapt To New Systems And Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Coordinating Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously, With Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines.
