  1. Oversee and manage the financial reporting and control processes for legal entities within the company.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify any discrepancies or potential risks.
  5. Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in US GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance.
  7. Provide support and guidance to junior team members on financial reporting and control processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to financial reporting.
  9. Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  10. Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to identify any potential areas for improvement or optimization.
  11. Ensure all financial processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and reports.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and streamline financial reporting and control processes.
  14. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting.
  15. Adhere to the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all financial activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Analysis, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Regulatory Reporting Requirements.

  • Experience With Financial Systems And Reporting Tools, Such As Oracle, Hyperion, Or Sap.
