  1. Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of Chase Bank's digital banking platform.
  2. Lead and manage a team of SREs to achieve business goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Develop and implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize system performance and stability.
  5. Monitor and analyze system metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  6. Manage and maintain system configurations and deployments.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and infrastructure.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SRE and related fields.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and non-technical team members.
  12. Lead incident response and resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of system outages or disruptions.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of systems and resolve any issues.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
