  4. Design, code, test, and debug software applications according to established standards and best practices.

  14. Maintain documentation for all software development processes, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Oracle Human Resources Applications: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Oracle Human Resources Applications And Their Integration With Other Systems. This Includes Experience With Oracle Hcm Cloud, Taleo, And Other Related Software.

  • Technical Expertise In Software Development: As A Lead Software Engineer, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Principles And Practices. They Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Sql, And Pl/Sql, And Have Experience With Software Design And Architecture.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Software Engineers And Manage Projects From Start To Finish. The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, As Well As Experience In Managing Timelines And Resources Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Human Resources Processes And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Human Resources Processes And Regulations, Such As Employee Data Management, Benefits Administration, And Compliance Requirements. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Designing And Implementing Software Solutions That Meet The Needs Of The Human Resources Department.
