Technical Expertise In Software Development: As A Lead Software Engineer, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Principles And Practices. They Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Sql, And Pl/Sql, And Have Experience With Software Design And Architecture.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Software Engineers And Manage Projects From Start To Finish. The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, As Well As Experience In Managing Timelines And Resources Effectively.
