1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop and maintain electronic trading technology systems at Chase Bank.
2. Ensure the team's adherence to best practices and industry standards in software development, DevOps, and electronic trading technology.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders, product managers, and business analysts, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in electronic trading technology and leverage them to drive innovation and efficiency within our systems.
6. Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our electronic trading systems.
