- Develop and maintain a high-performing team of client service professionals through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing support to ensure the team meets or exceeds client service goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Client Service Group, including managing workflow, scheduling, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall client experience and increase client retention.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues and provide timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and streamline procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the client service experience.
- Manage and track client service budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, training, and development opportunities to team members.
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and represent the company's values and standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services and provide guidance to team members as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role Within The Financial Services Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Asset Allocation, Portfolio Management, And Financial Planning.
