  1. Develop and maintain a high-performing team of client service professionals through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
  2. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing support to ensure the team meets or exceeds client service goals and objectives.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
  4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Client Service Group, including managing workflow, scheduling, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall client experience and increase client retention.
  6. Monitor and analyze client feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues and provide timely and effective resolution.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and streamline procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the client service experience.
  10. Manage and track client service budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, training, and development opportunities to team members.
  12. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and represent the company's values and standards.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services and provide guidance to team members as needed.
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  15. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Asset Allocation, Portfolio Management, And Financial Planning.
