  1. Lead and manage the UK Energy, Power, Renewables & Mining (EPRM) division, driving growth and success for clients in this sector.
  2. Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to clients in the UK market, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the EPRM industry.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  4. Identify and pursue high-profile deals in the EPRM sector, leveraging market trends and industry insights.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the EPRM division.
  6. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional growth goals.
  7. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and risks in the EPRM sector.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and trends, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  10. Represent Chase Bank and the EPRM division at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and expanding the client base.
  11. Drive revenue growth and profitability for the EPRM division, meeting and exceeding set targets.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the EPRM division.
  13. Act as a role model for the company's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
