Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Risk Management.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or Fraud Prevention.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) And Know Your Customer (Kyc) Requirements.
Proven Experience In Identifying And Mitigating Potential Insider Risks And Fraud Within A Large Organization.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
