- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.

- Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious or concerning employee behavior and escalate as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather information and insights on potential risks.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in risk management technology and techniques.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns or questions related to risk management.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies in matters related to insider risks.
Prior Experience In Risk Management: A Strong Candidate For The Insider Risk Senior Associate Position At Chase Bank Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, With A Focus On Identifying And Mitigating Insider Threats.
Knowledge Of Financial Regulations: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Regulations, Including Those Related To Data Privacy And Information Security. This Knowledge Is Crucial For Identifying Potential Risks And Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards.
Analytical Skills: As An Insider Risk Senior Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Large Sets Of Data To Identify Potential Insider Threats. Strong Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Draw Insights And Make Data-Driven Decisions, Are Essential For This Role.
