  1. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of employee activities to identify potential risks and violations.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
  3. Monitor and analyze internal data and trends to identify patterns and potential red flags.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious or concerning employee behavior and escalate as necessary.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather information and insights on potential risks.
  6. Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation on risk assessments and mitigation efforts.
  7. Train and educate employees on risk management best practices and protocols.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in risk management technology and techniques.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns or questions related to risk management.
  10. Act as a liaison between the organization and external regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies in matters related to insider risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In Risk Management: A Strong Candidate For The Insider Risk Senior Associate Position At Chase Bank Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, With A Focus On Identifying And Mitigating Insider Threats.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Regulations: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Regulations, Including Those Related To Data Privacy And Information Security. This Knowledge Is Crucial For Identifying Potential Risks And Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards.
