Job Description

Chase Bank is seeking an experienced, highly organized Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for administering compensation and benefits programs, making sure all employee benefits align with the company’s goals and policies. We are looking for someone with a personal passion for human resources who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to think critically. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related field. Additionally, the candidate should have an understanding of government regulations, policies, and procedures related to compensation and benefits. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are also required.
