
Human Resources Analyst-Military and Veterans Affairs
The Analyst will be responsible for building custom reports and dashboards to create a narrative on trends for Business Leaders; helping them to understand the effectiveness of current strategies, identify trends and overall effectiveness of the function. Produce regular reporting on effectiveness, efficiency and status metrics. Structure, manage and cut data quickly. Work with automation and reporting Center of Excellence (Workforce Analytics) team to automate and standardize reporting. Provide end to end ownership and accountability for assigned tasks; receiving strategic direction on the desired end-state.
2-4 years of experience in an analytics, business intelligence, or reporting role in a Human Resources environment
Proven ability to use standard reporting applications and analytical techniques
Displays a proactive approach with excellent time management and organization skills
