Job Description

As a Vice President, HR Change Management Lead at Chase Bank, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting our organization's change management efforts. You will create and implement change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new initiatives across all levels of the organization. We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a proven track record of success in change management. You must be a strategic thinker and have the ability to lead and motivate teams. You will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with all stakeholders. You must be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of change management principles and have the capacity to influence and inspire those around you.
