1. Greet and welcome customers to the bank, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Assist Home Lending Specialists in providing home financing options to customers.
3. Collaborate with Home Lending Specialists to gather and review necessary documents for loan applications.
4. Ensure accurate and timely completion of loan applications and associated paperwork.
5. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on the home lending process and products.
6. Act as a liaison between customers and Home Lending Specialists to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.
7. Maintain and update customer files and records in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
8. Follow up with customers throughout the loan process to provide status updates and gather any additional required documentation.
9. Coordinate and schedule appointments for Home Lending Specialists with customers.
10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of home lending products and processes.
11. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards related to home lending.
12. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
13. Uphold the bank's brand and reputation by consistently providing excellent customer service.
