  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives at Chase Bank.
  2. Manage and maintain executives' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executives.
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  5. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files in an efficient and systematic manner.
  6. Conduct research and gather information as needed to assist executives in decision-making processes.
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries for executives.
  8. Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.
  9. Proactively identify and anticipate the needs of executives and suggest ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
  10. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless support for executives.
  11. Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
  12. Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, supply orders, and invoice processing.
  13. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  14. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and represent executives in a professional manner.
  15. Uphold and promote company values and culture in all interactions and tasks.

Job Qualifications
